FW14 Brown Moltalto Blazer

The „Montalto“ jacquard blazer in the dark brown colorway is one of the most beatiful tailoring pieces from Haider that we have gotten our hands on. The detailing of the pattern is truly amazing and the great craftsmanship adds to high quality of this garment. It was seen in the light grey colourway on the runway and on Haider himself, while this version is a less-known but super rare and equally beautiful execution of the blazer. 

For many of the brands enthusiast the best Haider Ackermann collection to this date. Many of todays „grail pieces“ stem from this collection. 

Heavy wool jacquard and tweed coats, vests and trousers in dusty pinks, rich browns and soft greys made up the majority of the collection. Incredible pieces such as the iconic „montalto“ trousers or the thick striped wool shirts were first introduced in this collection. But especially when it comes to sweaters and hoodies, the FW14 was the unsurpassed pioneer. It was those pieces that catched the eye of Kanye West and made him create some of his most iconic looks ever. The detail in quality and fit of the pieces from FW14 are nothing but insane - no wonder why Kanye took most of his "Yeezy" inspiration from these fundamental Haider Ackermann pieces.
