At Backyardarchive, we want you to be fully satisfied with your curated fashion pieces; if your order isn't perfect, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and packaging intact to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all branded dust bags and tags are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
